Effective Date: February 1, 2026
This Agreement outlines the rights, responsibilities, and code of conduct for all members of the Trading Squad
Academy.
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE & MISSION
The Trading Squad Academy is an educational organization dedicated to teaching financial literacy, risk
management, and market principles to children and families. Our mission is built on the foundation of King
Solomon's wisdom: seeking understanding before seeking profit. We aim to build character, patience, and
discipline through the lens of trading.
ARTICLE 2: MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Active members in good standing are entitled to: access to the private community channels, exclusive
member-only content, discounted pricing on materials, direct educational support, and participation in live
Academy events.
ARTICLE 3: MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Members agree to conduct themselves with integrity. Responsibilities include: diligent study of the
curriculum, respectful participation in community discussions, and adherence to the "Safety First" trading
rules. Bullying, harassment, or sharing of account credentials will result in immediate suspension.
ARTICLE 4: PARENT/GUARDIAN ROLE
Parents/Guardians acknowledge they are solely responsible for supervising their child's activities.
The Academy strictly prohibits real-money trading for minors without parental consent and
supervision.
All curriculum exercises are designed for "Paper Trading" (simulation) only.
ARTICLE 5: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Academy materials, including books, videos, worksheets, and community posts, are the copyrighted property
of MN Petersen and the Trading Squad Academy. Redistribution, copying, or sharing materials with non-members
is strictly prohibited and violates this constitution.
ARTICLE 6: TESTIMONIALS & PRIVACY
The Academy may request success stories or testimonials. No member's photo or full name will be used in
marketing materials without express written consent from a parent or guardian. We prioritize the privacy and
safety of our student members.
ARTICLE 7: REFUND POLICY
Membership fees are fully refundable within the first 30 days of registration if you are not satisfied with
the program. After 30 days, memberships are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent future renewal.
ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Trading Squad Academy provides financial education, not
financial advice. We do not guarantee profits. Trading involves significant risk. The Academy, MN Petersen,
and affiliates are not liable for any financial losses incurred by members.
ARTICLE 9: TERMINATION
The Academy reserves the right to terminate any membership for violation of this Constitution. In the event of
termination for misconduct, no refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 10: ACCEPTANCE
By registering for membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this
Constitution.
